The Joy Clinic
Uprising Theater has produced a pop-up, immersive theater event called The Joy Clinic. The Joy Clinic is an immersive theater experience where guests reflect on their mental health and receive boosts to aid them in the 'war against misery.' Each guest gets a one-on-one interaction and leaves with an evaluation, boost, and list of mental health resources.
Uprising Theater’s Building Project
With our generous donors' support, we are now working on our own space. A space where we can house a cafe, a small rotating gallery, host performances of our work, and rent to other performance companies and community events. Most importantly, a space where everyone has a voice.

The layers of my professional life both envelop and support each other. I am an actor, artist, and entrepreneur living in Chicago, where I own and operate two locations for my escape room company, Escape Artistry. I podcast with my husband over at Still FCNKIUG Dyslexic and I try to spend my time traveling as much as I can.
